Minor Nobles is an award-winning communications studio in NYC that helps new business teams, fundraisers, and entrepreneurs present their ideas with clarity and confidence. I also provide a top-rated data and skills framework—through workshops, talks, and individual training—that equips teams to be excellent together in pitches and high-stakes presentations.

In early 2024, I expanded my focus to include Responsible AI and Accountable AI consulting for brands, helping organizations navigate the challenges and opportunities of AI deployment while safeguarding brand trust and reputation. To keep pace with today’s AI news for brands and brand leaders, I research and publish the Brand AI Report, a newsletter of AI headlines filtered for Boards and Brand Leaders.

After closing my marketing agency of 11 years, one of the things I missed most was helping diverse teams develop confidence in presenting innovative ideas to top executives. That led to the creation of my workshop and my role as the faculty pitch instructor for the member brands and agencies of the Association of National Advertisers (a trade organization of about 20,000 brands).

I have also contributed to The Wall Street Journal and Harvard Business Review on business etiquette and presenting ideas effectively to senior decision-makers. To learn more, visit my blog.

Prior to Minor Nobles, I co-founded 4 creative agencies in NYC:  CreativeFeed, Conglomerate, Revenue Lab, and cYclops with Albert Watson. Much of my expertise derives from decades of experience in marketing services for countless global brands and as a seasoned business owner in NYC.

I have also had leadership roles with global digital agencies, at MVBMS\Havas in NYC, TBWA\Tequila in Hong Kong, and on the client side at Reuters.com.
