A lot has happened over the last 3 years: Covid, the death of my parents, an offroad motorcycle accident in Mongolia, the ensuing surgery, and 9 months of physical therapy - all of which took the wind out of my sails for podcasting or much else.  I am back in the saddle now, re-energized and producing again.  Thanks to my great family and friends for their unwavering support and patience.
